Delivery Information

Standard Delivery
 
Orders over £250.00 Net will be delivered FREE to most of the UK (see below for excepted postcodes). A handling charge of £8.00 will be added to orders under £250.00 Net.

Orders will normally be delivered in 5-7 working days, please allow longer during busy periods. Should anything be out of stock we will remove it from the order and ship the remainder, please re-order.

Orders are accepted without reference to the status of your credit account. Should your account be outside of agreed terms or over your credit limit, your order will be held until this is resolved.
 
Most UK parcels are sent by DPD or Royal Mail. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific time for delivery. All items will require a signature on delivery and cannot be left outside the premises. Please use full street address; we cannot deliver to PO boxes. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in your parcel being delayed or even returned to us which will incur re-delivery charges.

Restricted Postcodes
 
Due to the higher cost of delivering to remote, rural or offshore addresses, most carriers impose surcharges for these areas, and we in turn have to pass on this cost to be fair to other customers. The following postcode areas are subject to surcharge and are not available for free delivery: -

Deliveries up to 30 Kg are charged at a standard rate of £15.00.
Deliveries over 30 Kg may be surcharged at a cost, we will advise you after we receive your order if this applies.
 
These charges only apply to the postcodes listed above, all other UK postcodes are free for orders over £150.00, or charged at £8.00 otherwise.
 
Deliveries outside the UK

Please accept our apologies, all delivery services outside of the UK are currently suspended. We'll provide an update as soon as we have further information. Regualar updates can be found here.


Important Information

Surcharges may apply to offshore / rural areas of the above countries, or for bulky items, we will contact you if that is the case.

Deliveries to countries, territories or regions outside the EU may be subject to local taxes and restrictions which will be the sole responsibility of the importer. This may mean extra charges and/or prohibitions on items such as food, seed and toys containing wood, leather or other natural materials. We strongly advise you to check with the authorities in your country before ordering.
 
Orders will be despatched upon receipt and charged at the above rates. If you would like us to confirm the delivery price you must request this in the comments section. Once a parcel has been despatched the delivery charge cannot be refunded.
 
Please ensure you are available to take delivery of the parcel. We can provide tracking details so you know when the parcel is about to be delivered. If for any reason you are not in to accept the parcel it will normally be held at the depot before being returned to us, this may result in further charges.
