Critical Care Formula Emergency Nutrition for Parrots 150g

Critical Care Formula is the ultimate product for emergency feeding of any species. Birds which are off their food or with wasting problems can be helped during treatment by feeding them this formula. It contains a mixture of selected short chain maltodextrins (derived from corn starch) and a protein concentrate supplemented with amino acids.

Composition: Dextrose, Whey protein powder (concentrate).

Analytical Constituents: Crude protein 17.5%, Crude fibre 0%, Crude fat 2.7%, Crude ash 3.2%, Moisture content 2.5%.

Proper Use: For giving directly CCF can be mixed at a rate of 1 scoop pls 3-5 scoops of water.

For Birds: 1 Scoop (5ml) per 200g of animal being supplemented. If crop tubing, it is recommended 2-3 times per day.

For Mammals: 1 Scoop (5ml) per 250g of animal being supplemented.

For Reptiles: 1 Scoop (5ml) per 1kg of animal being supplemented.

Frequency of administration should be between 2 - 5 times per day depending on clinical conditions. Please refer to your vet for detailed advice.

Please Note

As a simple supplement for animals needing extra energy, CCF can be added to drinking water at a rate of 1 scoop per 200ml.

Administration via tube should be carried out under appropriate veterinary direction.
